Our Story
Salty Siren Creamery is a mobile creamery built on a simple idea: the best ice cream shows up where you already are. Ball games, church lots, farmers markets, block parties, company picnics — the trailer rolls in, the awning goes up, and the swirl starts turning.
Every cone comes off a Flavor Burst soft serve system, which means the flavor is ribboned straight through the swirl instead of dumped on top. Same creamy base, thirty-eight different personalities.

What's On Tap
Our Flavor Burst cabinet holds eight one-gallon flavors at a time across three trays. These are the eight we're launching with — the other thirty are waiting their turn.
Flavors rotate. Got a favorite from the vault? Ask for it — if enough people call for it, it goes on tap.
House Specialty
Our signature banana soft serve, swirled into a hollowed pineapple and piled with fresh pineapple and strawberries, then finished with shaved coconut and your choice of topping or a drizzle of honey.
